Planning, the guide, phrase cards and Ask are free. Travel information is checked where we can, but prices, hours and timetables change. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Ask answers are written by AI and can be wrong.

Requesting a help level costs nothing. Our local team confirms your dates and bookings with you on WhatsApp first, then sends a secure card payment link. You only pay once you agree to what is confirmed.

Our fee is refunded in full if we can't confirm your bookings, or if you cancel more than 14 days before you travel. Hotels, camps and drivers we book keep their own cancellation rules, which we show you before you pay.

Hotels, trains and guides booked for you may have their own rules, which we tell you before you pay.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. We may close accounts used to abuse the service.
